Alex is 13 today, so that is another teenager in the family.
He got his main present from his parents in the evening so that the whole family could be there to share the occasion. He received cards with money in from various overseas relatives. Some chocolate, and from his parents, a couple of Asterix books, and being very athletic, a basket ball and net to practise his shots.
Hannah made the birthday cake and a selection of pizzas were ordered in for the birthday meal.
